What Are the Torque Specs for Trailer Suspension Parts

On the leaf spring suspension how tight should all the bolts be torgued to? Hanger, u bolts and others

I have attached for you below some common torque values needed for a trailer suspension system but a lot of these will vary by bolt size and other factors.

U-Bolts: Varies by Size - 1/2" bolts: 45 ft/lbs - 70 ft/lbs, 9/16" bolts: 65 ft/lbs - 95 ft/lbs, 5/8" bolts: 100 ft/lbs - 120 ft/lbs, 3/4" bolts: 140 ft/lbs - 160 ft/lbs
Eye Bolts: No Torque - Snug But Not Restrictive
Spindle Nut: No Torque - Hand Tight Plus Quarter Turn
Brake Flange Bolts: 45-50 Ft Lbs
